Winter Fest in Forest City was very active. It snowed at little but the streets were melted clean by noon. It was great to have so many people come through the shop.

Krafty Kat Kandy Moved!

I moved a few doors down to a shop with a window display. Krafty Kat Kandy is now located at 131 North Clark Street Suite A, Forest City, Iowa 50436.

Filatura Lanarota Wool

I got some Filatura Lanarota wool yesterday. I have wool sprinkles in black, wool heather in auburn, and rich wool in turquoise. I already had rich wool in natural. I also lucked up on Karabella Labirinth yarn in a multicolor blue and orange.

I received wool from Turkey in Light Grey, Grey, Black and Brown. They are lace weight yarns and look like they will make rustic and practical shawls.

My First Marketing Campaign

Well, I spent yesterday on foot with my calendar for classes in July and August. I was able to post the calendars in Buffalo Center, Thompson, Leland, Britt, Ventura, Clear Lake and Mason City. It was a lot of driving but I needed to get the word out to the people, I sell yarn and you are going to love it.
